The Challenge
&bouqu was invited to be part of a board of experts from
around the world to evaluate, shortlist, and select the full
series of retail offering at the KSA pavilion at EXPO 2020. The
goal was to employ the expertise of board members to ensure
the quality of products to be offered at the pavilion. Likewise, it
was important to evaluate the items on their cultural resonance,
aesthetic and marketing value, in addition to procurement
viability being up to standards for the entire duration of the Expo.

The Approach
Basma Bouzo was part of the board, participating in the exploratory panels to help guide the strategy for retail and procurement. &bouqu was tasked alongside other advisors to review and ensure the quality of products delivered at the Saudi Pavilion.
