The Challenge
Saudi Arabia for Expo Dubai 2020 sought to source uniforms
for the staff at the KSA Pavilion. They wanted to create a
a program that would engage with the local brands and
designers, and ultimately create a special capsule collection
designed and produced by local talents; which was used by the
pavilion staff for the whole duration of Expo 2020.

The Approach
&bouqu created a full by-invitation program and open call, from concept briefing, operational mechanics, stakeholder management, engagement of participants to guiding and overseeing the prototyping and selection process. Working with representatives from the Saudi Pavilion committee, Ithra, as well as the Fashion Commission of the Ministry of Culture; &bouqu was able to bring the project into full fruition – The staff of KSA pavilion donning specially designed outfits by winning Saudi brand, Lomar.
