The Challenge

The Royal Commission for AlUla had several shops in the city as well in the airport that needed a full strategy, implementation and roll out. The team leading the retail strategy was looking for a partner that could oversee the project as a full turnkey solution as well as elevating the brand as a whole that a larger audience would interact with.​


The Approach

&bouqu won the RFP for this project with a clear plan to elevate the narrative of AlUla in its stores. The team started a clear plan to elevate and expand the brand guidelines and create a series of verticals within the shop. Products were fully designed, prototyped, produced, developed, stored and rolled out in stores. The team was also responsible for rolling out the full management team and training that involved all stores including but not limited to retail operations, financial governance, warehousing and customs. This has also expanded to including sourcing corporate gifts, VIP and VVIP gifting.
